whats it mean?

this is probably the dumbest thread i will send. so, I'm letting you now im not ill. What in the world does the second number mean when people say they have 2.2 or 3.1 chameleons or bearded dragons or whatever? whats the .2 mean?

second # is females
Third # is unknown
