What will the Vet do?

i have an appt this morning for my impacted female cham. I've given her numerous baths and last night gave her some mineral oil. All to no avail. I've never had an impaction problem before so what can i expect the vet to be able to do to help her?

I would definetely make sure they x-ray her, do a fecal and go from there. Do you know the vet? I have bad vet experiences along with other members here. If you feel that the vet is not that knowledegable or is doing something you don't like, don't be afraid to speak up. Let him make his recommendation and do research.

Definitely have an Xray done, even if the vet doesn't mention it.
