What Type of Plant is this?

I was wondering what type of plant this was, because ive had it on my frontyard for a while , and I wanted to know if it was chameleon safe?

im sorry i cant be much help, I can tell you its NOT oleander(which is a good thing,( like 3 leaves can kill a horse!) and it doesnt look like the other shefflera, which i also believe has some toxicity.
took my pc out into my yard and compared everything
