I'm having issues feeding my baby chameleon crickets. they seem too fast for my 2-3 month old male veiled Cham.
Any good insects that are easily hunted and won't just jump to the bottom of cage?

try to get some flightless hydei fruit flies, they are the larger kind, my 2 month old ate those when i first got her

I've been doing fruit flys too. I just want more of a "meal" for him
At my local pet stores they only carry mealworms ( which I hear can't be digested very well) Calci worms ( from my understating they are phoenix worms) and wax worms ( don't have any nutrition) and of corse crickets And FF.
Which one of these is best option or is there something better I can buy online.

Phoenix worms are ok. You can also order silk worms. He will get used to the cup feeding -- try different types of "cups" until you find something he's not too afraid of. It's a great way to see how much they're actually eating. JMO, of course.

I will order some silk worms and definitely try different cups. Thank you.

Just to give you an idea as to what worked for me: I have used the small, individual yogurt containers and wrapped the outside in green floral tape. I also use the tall, clear deli cups, but you have to be careful that the cham doesn't shoot at the bottom of the container to try to get the feeders.
My enclosure is pretty heavily planted, so I perch the container in between the branches and leaves, or secure it with one of those fake bendable vines.
I hope you find something that works well for you and your chameleon. Good luck! :)
