what to do with baby silkworms

i just got my first order of baby silkworms, with the food in the cup and everything. do i flip the cup so the food is on top? are the little round brown things their poop and should i dump it out? (theres quite a bit) and i think theres a bundle of silky type stuff in there too should i take that out as well?

yes flip the cup so the poop is on the bottom and empty the cup when there is too much poop!
