I’m looking to buy another timer or two for my Cham enclosure i would like to have a digital one as the zoomed ones seem to have a pretty big margin of error. But I’m not sure what one to get I was looking at these timers on amazon,

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07CVPKD8Z/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile

that you program through your phone but I don’t know what my best option is, any advice?? These are for my lights and fogger by the way, my mist king has its own timer obviously.

I personally use WiFi controlled timers and love them. I can turn the lights off when I’m not home if it’s to hot. I use these ones and wemon ones as well

Had this one from winter garden, now It for "Cletus the cham", its programmable. Works good for bringing on 1 light at a time, and turning off one light at a time.
Super cheap, and if power goes out saves times. Have to admit, it Is a pretty cool idea being able to do it from your phone, for heat and stuff like that. Damn it, just when I thought I couldn't spend anymore money, you guys have to give me another idea, lol

Don't buy the ZooMed timer. It works but it's very basic. Only 30 min incriminates, 4 plugs are controlled by the timer and 4 plugs can run all the time. I use it because I bought it but it's only good for 1 set of timing.

Thats lame, and only 30 min incriminates, even those wallmounted push pin type times usually do 15 mins. How many amps can you run thru one of those wifi ones?

Oh sweet, so you have one on everything pretty much, so you can control just the one light or whatev, eh?
ahhhhh, now I know what I'm buying next , lol. THeres no way your going anywhere near 15 amps on any of those, less your hiding a 1000 watt hps in the corner lol. Thanks again, I love the idea. Just when I thought things where already automated/controlled enough.... this had to happen lol

Do two of these fit in one outlet? I see the mini version but it still looks like you can't have more than one in an outlet. Only have one outlet near my Cham cage (only have one) and want to the time for the basking to be shorter than UVB now that it's summer and my house is gonna get hot, I have no central air

Yes everything has its own WiFi control so if I just want to turn off Imelda’s heat lamp I can without turning everything else off. If you want to get really fancy I’m going to invest in this next. Gives you a daily break down of your temp

Two would be too big for a wall outlet. That’s why I got that power strip with the space in between them
