What size crickets?

I bought silk worms from Mulberry Farms and I decided to get crickets from them since I was already ordering. I got the smal which is from 3/8 to 1/2 inch in size. When I got them and took a look at them I am not sure if they are ok to feed to my chams or not. One was born in October and the other 2 were born in November. Is 3/8 and 1/2 crickets ok for their age?

it is not the actual age but the size of the chameleons as to the size of the crickets, nothing larger than the size between their eyes (their forehead) is the rule?

I've never heard about , the size between there head for feeding . but sounds good . and every cham has thing it like a little more and it canges somtimes . good luck jeremy Elder
