What size crickets?

Hi, What size crickets should you give to a baby 4cm veiled chameleon?
I have read that you give hatchlings pin head crickets but I don't know how big hatchlings are.
Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you were sold a very young cham. Pin heads and Fruit Flies are what you need to be feeding if he is that small. A pinhead I would say is just over a milimeter long.
 
It's really a guess as to how old your chameleon is, unless you know the hatch date.
Kitty was about that size at 5 weeks old.
The basic rule is to feed crickets that are no larger than the space between your chameleon's eyes.
Make sure you are dusting with the appropriate supplements and providing your animal with a proper UVB fluorescent tube light (Repti-sun 5.0)
Also important to regard temperatures as babies can get too hot.
Low eighties is ideal for them for the first few months.
