What should my Humidity and Temperature be at?

In my 3 month old Veiled's 16x16x30 screened tank the humidity gauge says it is at 53. And my temperature (not underneath the basking light) is 79.
Are they good/bad?
What can I do to improve?

My temperature gauge says it's about 79 F. And it isn't even under the basking light. Should I just turn the basking light off? And keep the UVB on for now? He seems to like to climb upside down under the UVB.

check the basking site for young veileds i would prob, try for about 80-85 for basking and a cool spot of about 75, you could turn the basking off for a but, use a lower wattage bulb, or raise it up a bit..
