What plant is this?

Is this plant safe for chams? I have no idea what it is!

It is hard to see in the pic. Could you get some close ups of the leaves. From those pics the leaves look like... Grapevine?

Its not Grape Vine, its some kind of Ivy i think. I'll read a safe plant list and see if i can figure it out. If i took a closeup with my cam, it would look horrifying.
