What % of Vinegar? (Cleaning)

I got a cat when I was a teen, and ever since I dedicated myself to never using harsh chemicals again. I don't even have bleach in the house. I clean mostly everything with varying percentages of diluted vinegar (sometimes not diluting it at all).

I'm wondering if this is one of those situations I shouldn't be diluting it? Or whether I should, and to what degree...

Also, will vinegar harm the live plants if I wipe down the leaves as well?

If anyone can answer this for me, that would be great!

I use 100%.
Vinegar is a naturally occurring conversion of fermentation. it happens when yeast are provided with oxygen, and create vinegar instead of alcohol. if memory serves correct. it should not harm plants.
