are there certain things i should be lookin for. i need to get my cham some, ive only had him 2 weeksish and havnt given him anything yet. lemme know what you guys use
What multi vitaimin do everyone reccomend?

Supplements!
Hey brother, congrats on your new cham... A far as supplements, THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT! In line with proper diet and insect gut loading, supplements can make or break your new baby. Here's just an easy recommendation to start with that will give your baby everything he or she may need to be healthy:
Obviously proper lighting, temps, and humidity 1. Repashy Bug burger "insect gut loading"
2. Repashy Calcium plus "VERY IMPORTANT for calcium and to prevent MBDMBD and includes everything else your baby needs and is a great all in one"...
Without calcium your Cham will develop Metabolic bone disease and be deficient in vitamins and minerals, also a hearty, variety diet will help like whatever its available in your area or online ie: crickets, dubia roaches, wax worms...Good luck, post pics! Also get yourself familiar with the forum and buy a book on cham care, helps allot!

thanks for the response dude! yea im a little familiar with what to do was just curious on what specific types of multi vitamins people use. i do have a question though. i know your supposed to use calcium alot im going to do it every feed but when using the multi vitamin should i mix it with the calcium or just do multi vitamin by its self

Gutloading (with a mix of vegetables some fruits and seeds etc) is the best way to ensure your animals gets vitamins.
But I like Herptivite and the Repashy calcium plus is okay for periodic use, (I wouldnt use it daily as directed)
