What Mister for Outside balcony

I want to make my apartment balcony into a tropical set up.....
It does not get humid enough, so I'm thinking of using a mister to keep humidity up?


Has anyone used this?

well actually, I'm going to hold off on reptiles a minute... There are a lot of house Geckos on my balcony...

I like plants a lot, So I'll just have a tropical set up on my balcony...... Mostly carnivorous plants...

Some Guy was Selling 2 chameleons in Craiglist Phoenix--- 1 veiled 1 panther, in same enclosure!!!! 24x24x48 for $100
I was So tempted, but currently I don't have the funds to start over. I wont be able to afford much stuff ATM, so Getting a reptile wouldn't be a good idea as I wont be able to provide proper husbandry with my limited Funds.
