What kind of spider is this?

It has brown and clear segments on it's legs, it has a body shape much like a black widow, it is very large, and it has red and white spots on it's belly. Sorry the picture is bad, best I can get with my horrible phone lol.

Also, this is in southern california, and I have been finding alot of these around the house. I'm wondering if I should feed em off or just kill em, either way though it's dying! Can't stand spiders haha.

CREEPY, im glad i dont have thoughs in my area, however we have fishing spiders that grow to the size of your hand, and can seriously take chunks if they bite you

I hate Spiders

Ever notice how when you walk into a spiderweb you become an instant ninja ?

The picture you posted is really small, so I couldn't see much other than the shape, and thought it might be one of these. I have tons of Brown Widows around my house- Usually if you see one, you'll find tons more-you never seem to have just one. If you have more than this one, look for an egg sac in the web that looks like a 'spiny cottonball'. If you find one of those, it's a Brown Widow for sure.

Here is a picture of the egg sac of one and it has caught and killed a Green Anole lizard in it's webb as well. They have a very strong sticky webb.

Yeah I see those egg sacs everywhere around my house, I've been trying to keep the spider numbers down without any pesticides so I usually flood them out with water and then kill them.

I thought that brown widows had webs near the ground like black widows do though, which is why I was confused. It's web is pretty far off the ground and the web structure looks nothing like a black widows'.
