What kind of pygmy is this?

Actually its a male Rhampholeon spectrum. The way the tail comes down to a certain size and then continues out at that size until the hemipenes end is different than how the tail gradually tapers (even in males) in Rhampholeon temporalis. Further, the nasal horn is too well developed for R. temporalis, and the preorbital horn nubs appear too large as well. Here are a couple photos to show what I mean about the tail:

First Choice Reptiles told me in the end of September that they were expecting a shipment from Cameroon before the year was over. So maybe they're coming in now?

I'm not disagreeing with you Chris but have there been any exports from Cameroon lately? We are seeing a number of similar looking pygmies of late from East Africa. Could it be a Rhampholeon moyeri, Rhampholeon nchisiensis or Rhampholeon uluguruensis?

I haven't seen any Cameroon imports recently. That said, the tail and a number of other characteristics aren't right for Rhampholeon moyeri, Rhampholeon nchisiensis or Rhampholeon uluguruensis. I suspect the photo is a stock photo of theirs rather than one that was taken of the animals they currently have available.
