Hoes have a nose that points up, so idk about it being a hoe.

Alright. I still think it is T. sternfeldi. If you look at FlCham's picture of the "Rudis" Chameleons they sold on their site, it looks like it.

Personally I think it looks almost exactly like my Kermit, who is a hoe.
At first glance, I'd agree, but the rostal process is not what I've seen in hoehneli, nor is the casque the normal size for a hoe that big. It also seems as if the casque is more pointed as well, instead of rounded.
