What is this?

I found this in his cage this morning and I’m not sure what it is and if I should be concerned about it. Does he need to go to the vet?

Not well versed in chameleons. But I would say that's a urate. Have they eaten anything with extra moisture.

Yes he’s had a few hornworms recently. Could that be it? There is also some poop by it

Ok looking at it closer and moving it it does seem like just a very liquidy urate
