This cham looks awesome. Can anyone name the species/subspecies ?? And are these the reg colors or is he pissed off or something? Lol

That is a gravid female Furcifer willsii. Pretty spectacular colours and patterns. You should check out the colours on a gravid Furcifer minor if you like those.

The F. willsii have not been exported out of Madagascar in a long while, so none exist in collections legally. I believe this species might be exported in very limited numbers this year or next (depending on when they are collected).

I have to agree with Trace on the F. Minors. There are several pictures in the Chameleon Handbook that every time I open the book, I have to relook at. They are simply stunning.
