What is this bump on my chameleon?

I woke up this morning to notice my Veiled Chameleon had this small bump under his arm does anyone know what this is? And if so is it serious?

No idea. Are you able to get a better pic of it? Is the center whitish colored and kind of scaly or crusty looking similar to the pic?

Yes similar to that

It may be a papilloma, which is basically a warty growth. A vet can remove and biopsy it, which will tell you what it is. If it is a papilloma, it doesn’t have any dire effects on your cham. However, it can be transmitted to other chams/reptiles so good hygiene practices are important…wash hands between handling, don’t use the same tongs, dishes, etc.
