What is the varietys of the 2 chams?

as in verieties u mean species? then,No. Top looks like a female panther and the bottum is a verrucosus chameleon or i think they call them "giant spiny chameleon"But they have nothing to do with each other.
 
Yes, the male is a Furcifer verrucosus but I'm not too sure of the female without a more clear picture of her head. She is either a F. verrucosus also or a F. oustaleti.
 
I agree with Kent. The first photo appears to be a female Furcifer oustaleti but could be a female Furcifer verrucosus (a better picture of her head from the side would help). The second photo is a male Furcifer verrucosus.

Did you really need to hold her like that? We all want happiness, and do not want suffering, including chameleons...
