Whatever it is, I wouldn't want to hatch them at that temperature.
You never know what the hatchlings will turn out like.

Supposedly room temps should be fine if you're trying to hatch them, I wouldn't go sticking them in the fridge or anything.

Now that you have given me more information I was able to turn up this...so if he follows this site they may survive.
