One trick i was told about from a breeder here in town is to cut there basking time back to 6hr a day and to drop the basing temp to the low 80s and cut there feeding to 3-4 times per week on females your not breeding. I have been trying this with dolly since may. she was laying eggs every 60 days . Well it seems to be working She has not layed eggs since may .I have been monitoring her weight. Shes been staying at 44-45 grams and doing well. In Nov im going to bump her back up and see what happens.
