what is the best multi vitamin

Or you are a bit impatient LOL - sometimes it take several hours, not just a few minutes, to get responses.

I like Rep-Cal Herptivite and Repashy Calcium Plus as vitamin supplements, which can be used as much as once weekly. But I rely more on proper gutloading a variety of prey for most of my chams nutritional needs.

I usually put a little bit of the powder into a plastic container, drop a couple bugs into the container, swish and shake it about to LIGHLY coat /dust the bugs, then feed the bugs to the chameleon. This is only useful if the chameleon eats the bugs within a couple hours, before all the dusted on powder comes off.

I work in a pharmacy that specializes in vitamins and after all the research I have done found out chameleons take in about 1/15 the vitamin load as us humans.
So I decided to make a multivitamin. And my chameleons love the stuff, and its a liqued multi!!
