What is the best food???

I have a juvenile veiled chameleon and I was wondering what is the best food to feed them to make them live longer and to make them happy as well as healthy. Also she is shedding... she is sleeping "a lot" and is very irritable, i was wondering if this is normal and if so how can i make this a better experience for my baby girl.

What is sleeping 'a lot'...? Like sleeping during the day? That's a huge sign of illness. Shedding and irritability go hand in hand, it's pretty much a given. And the best food is variety. Give lots of different kinds of feeders and greens, give at least 3 feeders a day, rotating at least 6-8 a week.

I feed silkworms, hornworms, the silkworms moths, wax worms on occasions, black soldier flies and their larvae, giant green banana roaches, dubia roaches, crickets, stick insects, grasshoppers during the summer.
