What is his morph ?

I saw him at a lıcal pet store in Bulgaria.
Does he looks healthy ? I think he is dehydrated
And of course what is his island, morph ? Maybe I can buy him and he will get more comfortable life

As far as the morph, I will not comment as I am not sure. I do think he looks healthy and I don't see where he looks dehydrated. His eyes look very full to me.
