what is coming out of my panthers butt

Lately after my chameleon has finished pooping something has been coming out of his butt its white and just hangs there and wont fall out. After a day or 2 that is when it falls out. So please help me i need answers

Most likely is a sperm plug. Nothing to worry about!!! Alot of times they come out after they poop.
