You'll have to experiment to figure out how often or how long to cycle it depending on how dry the room is and how well your cage setup holds moisture and drinking droplets. Maybe a place to start is re-creating your hand misting sessions (if you did this before). If your hand misting schedule didn't provide the humidity level you wanted or your cham seemed to be thirsty all the time that's a clue you should use longer or more frequent settings. We can't really predict this too closely because everyone's home situation is different.

For my Jackson I set my mist king to 5 minutes 4 times a day.
