What grow lights are safe for my chameleon?

I've had enough of my plants always dying and Isambard's enclosure looks a little bit dingy so i've decided to get a grow light. I have no idea what i'm doing though so thought i'd ask here.

Would something like this do in a normal desk lamp or do I need something else? I've heard the coiled uv lights can hurt a chameleon's eyes but dunno if the same applies to these grow lights.

Bare in mind i'm in the UK and have no idea what Lowes is .

The lights in the link you provided should work fine.
The coiled lights that have been dangerous for your animal are ones that emit UVB radiation and these do not.
