What enclosure for Fully Grown Panther?

I have a 6 month old Panther Chameleon who is looking like he is out growing his tank! I think its a boy however im still not sure at this point. What size of flexarium should I be looking at? as I want it to be a permenant home for him. Or should I even be looking at a flexarium at all? I want something big enough for when he is fully grown
Please help!

A full grown male panther should be in a 24" deep by 24" wide by 48".

It doesn't have to be 4' tall. That is just something to go by. People house adult panthers successfully in enclosures half that height.
If you can post a picture of your Cham we can tell you I it is male or female. Take one from the side and be sure to include the tail (preferably straight out)

Some people aren't big fans of the Flexarium because of how thick the mesh is, it can block out a lot of UVB. If you want a screen cage look on at the cages on LLLReptile.com or DIYCages.com, they both sell screen cages in the 4' x 2' x 2' size (LLL sells a brand called Reptibreeze as well, those are rumored to rust a lot so maybe opt for the other options on the site.)

I would say that the 4'X2'X2' is a minimum. I house mine in 6'X4'X4' and they seem to be much happier in there than they were when I had them in the 4'. They are much more active and less grumpy. As long as you can make sure it is eating and drinking, I would say that you should go with the biggest cage you can provide.

I never said smaller was better. I said people keep them in cages smaller than that SUCCESSFULLY. There is no 4' law that is a must in chameleon keeping. There is one person (fluxlizard can tell you who) that kept hers in smaller than the "guidelines/rules" and I believe she has the record for longevity in keeping chams, so not all of these guidelines are as important as you people sometimes make them out to be. I too beleive taller is better but it is certainly not necessary. That is all I was saying.

Being from the uk i would not go for a screen cage you will struggle to keep any kind of heat or humidity in it iv just got my 4month panther a Length x depth x height: 86cm x 49cm x 91.5 (34" x 19" x 36") vivexotic from http://www.reptiles.swelluk.com its only £169 and comes with a cabinet
