what does everyone think of ziggy's set-up

ive had him for about 5 mos. i believe he is around 8mos now. just wanted to see what everyone thought. its hard to tell but the back wall of the cage is wood. stained and polyurathaned. i then attached some dried drift wood from the pet store so that they stick out. then got some fake plants from the craft store and put them all over the back wall as well. there is a hiniscus and a pothos in the cage. i cant seem to get the hibiscus to flower. my mister is plumbed directly into the house plumbing so i turn a valve when i want to mist. eventually there will solenoid and timer to turn it on and off. i have a 75watt zoo med basking bulb (85*-90*in basking spot) 24" reptiglo uvb bulb (will be replacing it with a reptisun when this one needs replaced) 2- small ge full spectrum bulbs and 1 plant light. whats everyone think? any suggestions/criticism is appreciated

yeah the lights are on the outside. im not sure how they are working. the leaves on the hibiscus were turning yellow and falling off much faster before i put the lights on. not yellowing as fast now but still a little. still wont bloom though.
