He is an ambilobe panther chameleon about 4 months now got him a week ago very active during the day I try to handle him atlease once a day and at night thanks I wish I could get the picture right side up so annoying upside down lol thanks for comments

I do a 7-7 schedule

7-7 is good have you heard of people doing 14 hours on 10 hours off what are your thoughts

I have found that no matter how hard i try, my chams go to sleep and wake up with the sun.

Even when i have left lights on after sunset, they are still tucked in a shady corner fast asleep

I have found they seem happier this way, when they rise and fall with the sun.

7-7 for me too. sully never gets ready for bed tho.i hear that many get tucked up sometimes more than an hour before bedtime.hes still active right up untill lights out.when they do go out everytime he just sits there stunned then finally goes and finds a comfy spot.
