. I would say that your boy looks good, but I think maybe a little thin. I would try to add some soft worms (ie silks or horns) to his diet just for variety. Also you may want to add Black Soldier Flies to the mix. My boy goes crazy for them . If he is eating very consistently and still not gaining weight you may want to do a fecal screening to make sure he does not have any parasite issues.
