What do you feed small super worms?

I just got in an order of small super worms and put them in a Tupperware type bowl with holes in the lid. I added bran for them to bed in. My question is, do I feed them veggies or anything?

I give my supers shaved carrot, squash, sweet potato, bell pepper and other low moisture veggies. I offer every few days. While they do eat the bran, they also need some hydration.
