In a slightly different vein, a few years ago my brother in law came second in a national tv show competition (sexiest man in uniform) and had his picture taken and put in Cosmopolitan magazine. A few years later, my sister was in work (she's a beauty therapist) and some promotional flyers for a new fake tan came in - and they had my brother in law's picture on them! And he's completely naturally tanned! They got hold of the company, who had just taken the picture from the mag, and were threatened with legal action. They had to pay my BIL for the use of his image, but luckily Cosmopolitan didn't charge them for using their picture, which legally they could have done. I am sure similar laws exist over there. Threaten to charge them for the use if the pic, and then throw in some false advertising. See what they say. Can't hurt. Do you have a citizen's advice over there who could maybe help advise?

You know "radiantreptiles" is using sancho as their main emblem as well.
Not sure if this is the site in question, but it is misleading seeing how Sancho isn't a breeder from the site.

Wasn't radiant reptiles the design Sancho came up with for one of the members here? I recall Sancho asking for our opinions on the designs a few months back on another thread.

I was going to say the same thing until I realized TIM DESIGNS WEBSITES. Why else would the site look so good?

All has been taken care of the owners removed all images of Sancho and have added the correct sire to the babies on the site. I emailed most of the buyers and they are requesting full refund so hopefully it will work out for them. On the other hand now I got 12 people wanting me to breed sancho so they can have a baby

As far as Radiant Reptiles YES I designed their logo and gave him permission to use Sancho's image

Oh this isn't the first time they have been in trouble. And yes the image they have now is theirs since it's no image just says image coming soon

I believe you have been too kind with this situation. It's great that they took your image down, and that you have potential clients lined up. BUT....i would strongly urge you to post something about this in the BOI. Don't be fooled for a second that this "breeder" will not think about doing this again in the future. I think it is important that buyers in this market are aware of who did this, as well as how things played out.

Their entire website is down now. Not sure what's going on with them. I remember I used to think they just butted heads with the wrong people and I was semi impressed with their "facilities" but it ended up them just renting out a few green houses from a large facility. Then they just started becoming idiots. Definitely not someone you want to be messing with in the reptile industry.

You don't need to create anything on the BOI just update on of BADGUY threads already out there.
