Roaches, isopods, butterflies (moths also), hoppers, different types of worms, termites, bees, flies... There is a really long list. Some of these insects have to be wild caught in a safe, non-pesticide zone. Worms, roaches, feeder butterflies or moths, and fly cultures can be found online (site sponsors). Keep in mind that some species of insects can't be fed because they could be poisonous.

Roaches (TONS of different species for variety,) hoppers, mealworms, lesser mealworms, buffalo worms, butterworms, superworms, waxworms, silkworms, hornworms, snails, slugs, non-toxic moths/butterflies, isopods, katydids, fruit flies, house flies, blue bottle flies, soldier grubs and flies, stick insects, dragon flies, mantids, etc.
There are tons of feeder options. Some can be bought online and in stores, others can be collected from safe areas outside. Some are better to feed regularly and others less often. Be sure to gutload all the insects you can.

your veiled will also eat a variety of greens and fruits. be sure to avoid spinach, tomatoes and broccoli.
