Hello :)

Please help.. The Reptile Centre where I volunteer rescued 20 babies (oh and they are SO CUTE!!).. not in the best of health, but they were not being cared for properly before... they are wonderfully active and confident and pop they're little heads out to come on my hands for play time lol

Apparently they are veileds, but I had thought by now they would have some showing of a casque, but there really isn't much there at all  I'm having a few doubts as to what they are!

I've got some pics attached :)

also.. any thoughts on age???

I don't think so. They are not that common on here, but if I recall their care is pretty much like that of a veild. I am surprised no one else has responded on the thread. I am not 100% sure but if you research I think you will find it is a Senegal or maybe even a Graceful

Hi Everyone,

Please remember the rules of replying to posts in the Chameleon Identification subforum (https://www.chameleonforums.com/identification-read-me-now-89922/). In this forum, you are not allowed to reply if you are not confident in your ID and you are required to justify IDs as well. While in this instance you guys are correct in your ID, you need to follow the rules for this forum as guessing does not help the people posting here.

As has been indicated, the chameleons in the photos of Senegal Chameleon, Chamaeleo senegalensis. You can tell based on the lack of occipital lobes, low and weakly formed dorsal and gular crests, and overall homogeneous scalation. The chameleons are obviously wild caught imports. Here is an article about them: http://www.chameleonnews.com/08FebFrancis.html
