What are these???

Hi all,

So in my colony of silent brown micro crickets I have found something wiggly and gross.

Where have these come from and are they safe to feed my chameleon?

In the picture I have circled it, one large and one small.

They’re usually sent with the crickets because breeders use them in their cricket colonies

I panicked the first time I saw them too! I thought we had been invaded!
