Mealy bug, definitely not dangerous to chams, dangerous to plant. They drink the "sap" of a plant and literally drain your plant of life. They are extremely hard to get rid of in a chameleon safe way from what I've researched. I think it has something to do with repotting and lemon and a vinegar solution? Idk I have never had them on an indoor plant... they usually are more of a problem with my out door plants and usually a huge problem with my fruit bearers. They love my mulberries and apple tree. But usually outside I don't worry tons about them as my plants that they inhabit are ones that go dormant in the winter and they usually only appear at the last month or so of the living part of the year... I usually keep them under control with high power hose spray.
