What are the conditions that trigger the receptivity?

I had been with my girl panther for 4months
the girl is around 1 year and 2 months old
but i had been introducing male to her but there had not been successful trial yet

that's why I wanna ask the factors which trigger the receptivity of female chameleon, like temperature, season?
How often does a female cham display receptive colour?:confused:

I'm kind of New to chameleons but when i got my female I was given a list of things to do to keep her from laying eggs and being receptive. One thing was lower temps make it seem as if its winter or fall(temp of around 80) and that way they will be less likely to lay eggs or be receptive.. another thing was feeding, to produce food the female needs energy so if you keep to a strict regimen of feeding and avoid over feeding she will be less likely to be receptive or produce eggs..

Flipping that information I would assume the higher temps make the chameleons think its the time of year to reproduce, and feeding more (not over feeding, just more than usual) will give the female the energy to reproduction..

She may just be uninterested, be patient, one thing I've learned so far with my chameleon is patience. Lol :D
