What are considered mutts and strong bloodlines?

What do breeders mean by mutts?
For example if I was to have an Ambilobe panther breed with an Ambanja would that be considered a mutt?
I’ll be picking up a panther from one of this beautiful guys clutches from Highlighter Chameleons and really wanna keep that bold red going for his generation of clutches when he and I are ready.
I’m new to this bloodline stuff so any advice on identifying them and extra info would be helpful thank you

google all the different locales, and look very very close at each one... then you will know....most of all if you are getting a cham for you, get whatever makes you happy
