We're moving outta State. I need advice!

Mr. Hyde is about 7-8 months old. He's a feisty one. Anyway, we're moving (driving) from Riverside CA to Northern Colorado in about a month.

What's the best way to transport him?
I've looked around and most people say a ventilated box. If that is the best way, do I need to put any type of light or heat source in the box?

Mind you, it's gonna be a 2 day trip of about 12 hrs. each day.

I would put him in a dark box, them let him out when you stop for the night. Leave lights on him, maybe in the shower? Anyway you can mist and feed him that way. it is ok to skip feeding him but he will still needed misted.
