Weird thing on Pete’s lip

Pete is nearly a year old at this point. After we took him to the vet a while back, they cleared him and said he was looking good. He has not sneezed, but developed this. He has been eating less lately as well. I have images from the top, front, and side. He recently got a new cage as well.

That looks like it could be an infection or the start of mouth rot. I’d get the vet to check it out.

Will do. I will make an appointment as soon as possible.

I agree with @jannb
I would not wait to get him checked... He would need antibiotics to clear the infection if that is what is going on.
