Weird Pimple on Chameleons lip?

Hello, my chameleon (Yoda), has a very weird pimple on his lip. I noticed it a couple of months ago and it has grown overtime. It has also grown some black spots on it. I have gone online and tried to figure out what it is and thought that it was a mouth rot but later found out it was not. I am confused and I need help (And my chameleon to!)

agree... They need a vet visit with an actual reptile vet.

To my knowledge it is not curable, but an experienced vet may be able to lance it off, or something to that effect...

Basically get a good vet.

It is not curable and it is contagious to other reptiles from my understanding. It gets worse and worse. If that is in fact what it is... Could just be some type of abscess but regardless you need a good reptile vet to diagnose and treat it.

UPDATE??

WOW! You guys are good. I would have figured it to be cricket guts (egg mix). I would have flicked it off. Please keep us updated... I have been around some good vets and they can be tough with pressing, sticking, cutting and removing objects (later to be tested if needed). I purchased a cheap microscope many years ago (over 40 for 20 bucks) and see all kinds of little pests in stuff, including our feeder insects. Great for finding parasites too.
