Weird lump on my Veiled Chameleon's body

My chameleon has a weird lump on his body. I've goy no idea what it is. It's been there for a while because I thought it was a sting from an ant, but I'm starting to worry. Can someone tell me what it is?

I've own him almost over a year.
He''s got daily sun light.
He has a Red Bulb almost until 11:00pm.
He eats at night.
And I don't have a humidity control, but i do give him plenty of water rinse throughout the day.

And when you say he eats at night, does that mean he sleeps during the day sort of a thing, or what?

Your Chameleon - 1 year old, and I had him since birth. He's male and a veiled one.
Handling - I don't handle him a whole lot, but I do feed him with my hand and touch him daily.
Feeding - I feed him until he's full (Usually 3-5). Silk worms y buy from the store.
Supplements - Flukers Calcium without D3
Watering - I spray water over him daily. And yes, sometimes I see him drinking.
Fecal Description - The usual, I guess.
History - N/A
Cage Info:
Cage Type - Screen, don't know the dimensions, but it's not huge.
Lighting - Sun light during the day, and a Red Heat bulb during the night until almost midnight.
Temperature - 70-80F
Humidity - I spray water to it daily. Here where I live is pretty humid.
Plants - Nope, fake.
Placement - He's placed on my living room there's air, there's windows.
Location - Puerto Rico

He eats usually eats around 9:00 pm and almost at 12:00 am he's put to sleep until 10:00am.

He needs a dedicated UVB bulb unless his cage is in direct sun (no windows or glass in between) since glass filters UVB wavelengths.

Also, he should be getting calcium with D3 twice a month and multivitamins twice a month. I don't think it should cause a problem for him to eat at that time, since he should be able to digest the next day as long as everything else is right. However, since you have him on a schedule that does not follow the sun you should make sure it is dark the whole time he is asleep. It is best to give them 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness for sleep.

It is hard to tell his health from that picture, can you post a picture of his whole body from the side? Also, can you post a picture of his cage?

Sorry, i don't have an idea about the lump. But the Red Heat bulb should be off during the night time, maybe you can just use it as a heating bulb at daytime. It must be dark at night and the temperature should drop like 10 fahrenheits at night.

Yes, no red bulb. Just use a regular house bulb for basking. They need darkness to sleep

What else do you feed him? Chameleons need to have a wide variety of food to get all the nutrition they need to be healthy (along with good supplementation). You should be feeding him other things like hornworms, crickets, blue bottle flies, snails, locusts, grasshoppers, praying mantids, etc. You don't have to do all of those, but you should set up a feeding schedule that sort of rotates them, or feed a few different things in a day. Veiled's in particular will also eat tons of fruits and veggies. I feed Ender (my veiled) raspberries and grapes. He also likes kale and every now and then I'll throw in some pansies.
Supplements - Flukers Calcium without D3
Do you use the calcium every day? Also, do you supplement D3 and Multivitamin twice a month? If not, you need to start immediately!

Calcium WITHOUT D3 every day and D3 with Multivitamin every 2 weeks for a Veiled Chameleon.
Watering - I spray water over him daily. And yes, sometimes I see him drinking.

Cage Type - Screen, don't know the dimensions, but it's not huge.
Could you get the dimensions? For an adult chameleon, you need minimally a 24x24x48 (inches) sized enclosure. That'll help with regulating the heat and humidity throughout the cage.
Lighting - Sun light during the day, and a Red Heat bulb during the night until almost midnight.
Is he getting sunlight through a window? If so, you need to get a heat lamp and UVB bulb and move him out of that space. That's no good for him.
Temperature - 70-80F
How do you measure the temp in the enclosure? A infrared thermometer gun is the best way. You can get them on Amazon, or I've seen them at Lowe's/Home Depot.
Humidity - I spray water to it daily. Here where I live is pretty humid.
Plants - Nope, fake.
It may do you some good to get live plants in there. Veileds love to munch on plants, and if he's trying to do that to the fake one's that wouldn't be good at all...

I love Pothos and colius plants. Ender eats the heck out of them, too. They hold moisture pretty well to help keep up the humidity where I live.

Awesome that you live in Puerto Rico by the way. That's where I'm from natively I moved to Oregon a while back.

I use the red light bulb during nightime so he eats, he sleeps in darkness and covered.

I like to feed him crickets and some kind of roaches too, don't know the name though.

I usually move the terrarium around the house. I like to put him outside so he can get direct sunlight.

I have termometer in the cage, I use it to get the temperature readings.

He doesn't bite on the fake plant, never has.

I didn't see a proggresive growth, it happened over night. Could it be a tumor?

I haven't seen anything like that on a chameleon before so I will let the more experienced members comment. It does look like something he will need a vet for though.

For his lighting, you shoudl ensure that he has access to UVB 12 hours a day and normal white light 12 hours a day. If you are leaving him outside for his lighting during the day, I would provide a UVB light and a standard white incandescent once the normal sun goes down. However, it doesn't look like he has MBD and the lighting is probably not related to the current problem.
