weird dent in Pascals chin?

I noticed this dent on his chin the other day when he was eating, is this a sign of some sickness or just a bump from exploring his home?

it seems to be getting worse but Idk what it is

That looks to be some sign of scab. You may want to put an antibiotic on that are of your Chamaeleo calypatratus. I recommend a vet visit if that area does not heal on its own.
