Weird coloration on veiled's vent

I have a jouvie male veiled cham and as of lately he's had a discolored area at the base of his tail/vent area. It looks white/dry even though he seems hydrated. He sheds fine and has the white segment in his poo. Does this pale section at his vent seem weird ?

wow if that's the case then this guy is growing like a weed! He shed less than two weeks ago !

I am not positive if that is what is happening but it could be my male Jackson shed 1 week apart and he is like 1 year old.

My female has a spot on her belly that looks like that. I'm thinking it's indicative of her next shed also, but it's been like a week.
