If it's a buffalo beetle larvae then it's beneficial for the feeder insects. Suppliers like to put in buffalo beetles with the feeders they breed and ship because they act like a clean up crew for them. I've ordered 50 or 100 of them for my bioactive and dubia roaches.

Everyone is wrong, it's a dermestid beetle larvae ;) also used in taxidermy for their ravenous feeding. Enough of them will even attack freshly molted insects. Some people use them in clean up crews, specifically crickets, to keep the bins clean. I personally find them too crazy and the beetles fly lol.
