I would suggest getting that checked out by a reptile vet. But, one of our experienced members here might be able to identify/help. @MissSkittles @Beman

Hi. Since that seems to be right on the edge of his eyelid, you should take him to a vet who can remove it and run a biopsy. If it grows, it will cause him problems seeing and pain.
I agree with @MissSkittles
And I would do this sooner than later while it is small like this. Make sure the vet is experienced with treating reptiles.
