Weird bump on head

Is it a serious problem? I just got him from a breeder. The breeder said I can exchange him for another one.

I would take him to a vet just to be sure

His nostrils and the tip of his mouth are in blotches of brownish black. I have seen him opening wide and then closing his mouth for no reason too. If all of these signify something serious, I would take him back to the breeder and get another one.

Could it be sinus infection?

I already notice the bump when I just received him from the breeder today. I will ask the breeder to take him to the vet.
