WC food

can i feed my panther chameleon a grass hopper (diffrent colour) that i caught? and the black cricket(witch is WC)

If you can id the hopper and it was caught in a pesticide free location then its ok.
I hold all wc bugs overnight and feed them before feeding them to my chams.
i have fed wc bugs for 15yrs. I have not had isssues with parasites from wc bugs.
